Senior Yearbook Photographs -  Deadline: December 20, 2024

The deadline for the submission of your senior photos is December 20th, 2024. As we have hard deadlines for publishing, this is a true end-date for submissions. No senior photo will be accepted after this date.

Submit your senior photo AND QUOTE to this link:   https://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/?code=ewhs   Whether you photograph your portrait on your own or have a professional portrait taken.  You can still upload the image into the link.  Please continue through the steps for all of the information.

As always please make sure the senior photos are free from anything inappropriate . No photos with violent, drug/alcohol, or sexual content are allowed. The same is true of any photo promoting intolerance to any social, religious, racial, or political group. Submissions violating these guidelines will not be included in the yearbook and your standard school photo will be used. You will not be contacted and given the opportunity to submit another.

The same holds true in regards to senior quotes. Keep it clean and proper in whatever language you decide to write your quote in. Inappropriate quotes will be removed and will not appear in the yearbook. There will be no opportunity to resubmit a quote.

Note: If you do not submit a senior photo, your standard school photo will be used. If you did not have a school photo taken and there is no senior photo submitted, your picture will not appear in the yearbook.

Senior Dedications (aka: Baby Ads) - Deadline:  January 17, 2025

Congratulations to your EWHS seniors for making it to their senior year and being on the cusp of their graduation.
Once again this year, families of EWHS seniors will have the chance to buy a photo dedication for their students and to have these in a special senior dedication section in our EWHS yearbook.

As always please make sure the dedications are free from any inappropriate photos and text. No photos or text with violent or sexual content is allowed. The same is true of any photo or text promoting intolerance to any social, religious, racial, or political group. Submissions violating these guidelines will not be included in the yearbook.

New this year is the introduction of a design program that lets the families of the seniors design their own senior dedication. It is a fantastic addition to the dedication process as it allows much more flexibility to create the ad exactly as you like it. So get those pictures ready and prepare to create your senior dedication.

Senior dedication creation process:

1.    The first step to get your senior dedication going is to log into the school online payment system linked below and choose which size of ad you want to purchase. The prices this year are $140 for a full-page ad, $85 for a ½ page ad and $57.50 for a 1/4 page ad.

2.    Once payment is made, you go to the second link (found below). You will be given the option to choose your ad size. Be sure to choose the size of the ad you purchased. The $1.50 fee listed here is the fee to use the software company’s program.

3.    Next, tell the system your student’s name then follow the instructions. Create a user account.

4.    After this is done, you will be able to create your ad. There are multiple templates for each ad size you may choose from. Each page size has various options for the number of pictures you can add and for the layout of your page. (Note: Sometimes people like to include a picture of a pet, or perhap a student's artwork. This is ok as long as the pictures follow the submission guidelines mentioned above).

5.    All the information concerning image types and other technical requirements can be found there. In short though, pretty much any of the common image types, such as jpeg, are supported.

6.    Finally, enjoy your senior dedication. After it is finished, it is automatically logged into our yearbook system and will be included in this year’s book.

The way to do this is a 2 step process:

Online Payment system (from step #1):  (https://wa-edmonds.intouchreceipting.com/)  to purchase the size ad you would like to have for your senior. The purchase can also be made at the ASB Window.

Second link (from step #2):  Yearbook Senior Dedication Order Link  enter this order number, 16914 , when prompted to upload your photos and design the ad. There is a small $1.50 design fee to use this website's program that will be paid through their system.

The deadline to complete the design is January 17, 2025.
