Student Transcripts

Seniors and past high school students who last enrolled or graduated fewer than two years ago: Edmonds-Woodway High Naviance
- Transcripts are free of charge using this online service
- Current students log in using the “Student” tile and clicking the green “Continue with Single Sign On” button.
- Graduates log in using the "Alumni" tile. Enter the post-high school email you reported on the Senior Exit Survey.
- Use the "Forgot your Password?" link to set your new password.
- Contact the Counseling Office if you have trouble logging in to Naviance, the registrar can email you a copy directly with confirmation of full legal name and date of birth.
Past high school students three years and longer since last enrollment: reach out to the district registrar for a copy.

Please call or email the counseling office to see if your diploma has not yet been picked up.

We do not mail diplomas unless there is an extenuating circumstance.

Any fines or fees connected with students may need to be paid in order to receive the diploma.
If your diploma is no longer on file/has already been picked up: Edmonds-Woodway High Parchment. Diplomas are $25 each.

If you need to verify that a former student has graduated from Edmonds-Woodway High School, please read below:

If the student's graduation year was within the last 20 school years, please contact the district registrar at (425) 431-7262, or email frankc809@edmonds.wednet.edu. Please have the following information ready/included when you call:
- Student's graduation year
- Student's full legal name when they attending school at Edmonds-Woodway High School
- Student's date of birth
If the student's graduation year was more than twenty years ago, please call 425-431-7200.
