Welcome to the Science Department!

The EWHS Science Department is committed to developing students that can think like scientists who ROCK.
Our goal is to help students become Resilient, Observant, Courageous, and Kind citizens of the world.
Each course is designed to be content rich, activity centered, and aligned to state, national, or international (IB) science standards.  Varied techniques will ensure that students are able to grow in their ability to think creatively, ponder problems, and propose solutions based on evidence and reason in the classroom and beyond.  We are committed to encouraging students to share diverse perspectives in a collaborative manner in order to better understand our complex world.
