Athletic department hours to turn in sport physicals, pay fines, or ask questions about eligibility:
Daily 8:15 - 4:00 pm / not here on Non-Student days

 
 
 
 
 
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
**Forms submitted online ONLY at: Rank One Sport**
 
Before the first practice athletes must have completed:
  • Eligibility Paperwork   
  1. All 3 forms on Rank One Sport (RankOne Sport). 

  2. Must turn in a hard copy of a current medical / physical examination (if not on file). These are valid for two (2) years.

  3. Informed Consent form - this must be submitted for each sport you plan on turning out for:
WINTER: Basketball - Wrestling - Boys' Swim - Dance
  
 All forms should be submitted via Rank One Sport, 24 hours prior to the first day to be eligible for practice on the first day. 
  • All EWHS fines must be paid.
  • Previous semester grade requirement: must have attempted 2.5 credits.
  
Before the athlete competes in a game or contest, he or she must

1)     Purchase an ASB card ($50).

2)     Have passed, or be passing, five full credit classes. If a student is taking summer school to replace a failing grade, he/she must take the exact same course in order for it to replace the grade and count toward eligibility. 

3)     Pay the Sport Participation fee  - $100 per season. **If a student-athlete qualifies for free and reduced lunch, his/her Sport Participation fee is waived. Must provide Athletic Secretary with the letter from Food Services. 

 

WIAA Contracts/Forms:
 Students must complete the appropriate form prior to participating if involved with Running Start or any schooling alternatives.
